New clients are warmly invited to book a free, no obligation 15 minute introduction call to see whether we feel like the right fit, there's no pressure to commit.
Life has a way of teaching us survival strategies—habits and patterns that protected us once, but now feel like they’re holding us back. You might feel disconnected from your true, authentic self, living behind a mask that’s grown too heavy to wear.
In our sessions, we won’t just talk about the “now” we’ll work together to understanding the past and how it affects the now, to exploring your core beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck. Moving beyond just “coping” to feeling genuinely empowered.
Replacing self-limiting thoughts with a kinder, more honest inner voice and help to strengthen connections: Learning how to communicate effectively and build healthier relationships with others and yourself.

Feeling like your true, authentic self can be hard when life gets overwhelming. With 15 years of experience across the NHS and private practice, I offer a supportive, dedicated space for individuals and couples, (17 years and over) to explore life's toughest challenges. Together, we can work through what's holding you back so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I specialise in supporting those navigating trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. Whether you are struggling with the aftermath of a specific life event, such as bereavement, loss, or abuse, or feeling a general sense of overwhelm and stress, we will work together to foster resilience and understanding.
I am committed to working with individuals from all backgrounds and cultures, you won't be judged here - just heard, understood and supported. Get in touch today—I'd love to hear your story.
I am a Registered and Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and my work is deeply guided by their ethical framework. This means your well-being, safety, and confidentiality are at the heart of everything I do.
I established Farnham Counselling Practice in 2013, but my journey in mental health began back in 2001. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build a strong foundation of experience, training at prestigious institutions like The Regent’s School in London and CPPD, and working within specialised settings including The Priory Group, the NHS (TalkPlus), and Richmond Wellbeing.
Because everyone’s story is unique, I practice Integrative Humanistic Counselling. This simply means I adapt my approach to fit you and your individual needs, rather than making you fit into a specific type of therapy.
I work with adults and adolescents from all walks of life, offering both short-term focused support and longer-term in depth therapy. If you are experiencing any of the following, please know that support is available:
Finding ways to navigate heavy or overwhelming thoughts.
Exploring dynamics and communication with the people in your life.
Managing burnout, career pressures, and work-life balance.
Helping you to understand yourself better in relation to a past or recent diagnosis and your relationships with others.
Gently working through difficult or painful past experiences at your own pace.
Understanding that addiction is often a response to underlying pain, and working to heal the root cause, working with you through relapse and into recovery.
